How to watch the videos:

	These videos were created in two different file formats. Both Real Video and MS Media formats allow you watch the videos as they download. These files are know as "streaming media files". Currently, Windows Media player and the REAL video player are both competing against each other much like the browser wars of netscape navigator and MS explorer. You will need a "media player" in order to view the videos. We've found that the MS Media player showed significantly better viewing quality. While both Real Video and the MS Media players are free to download, we offer both video formats for your convenience.
