JAN holds multiple certificates in Yoga Teacher Certification, Yoga Therapy, registered through The Yoga Alliance. She is a registered Reiki & Karuna Master, Ordained Spiritual Minister, She has a MA in Education, DD. JAN has over 25 years teaching experience in Yoga & Holistic Health. Her classes are based on Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga & include: Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Concentration, Relaxation Techniques, Stress Reduction, Siddhi Yoga, & Spirituality.
