***All the very wealthy families in the United States have formed foundations to help worthy social causes. They felt extremely fortunate, blessed with an abundance of wealth and wanted to return something to society and those who helped them.
***These foundations have often decided to help people help themselves. It is frequently said that if you give a person food he gets a meal; if you teach him to raise the food he feeds himself for life. The Peace Corps and other groups operate somewhat on this principle.
