The consultant will be responsible for managing the development, conversion and the integration of projects. The consultant will also manage several team members on projects ranging from small to large scale. Project responsibilities include planning, estimating, budgeting, resource utilization, tracking and status reporting. The consultant is also responsible for interfacing with customers to convey the status of projects and to also manage the clients' expectations. The consultant will be working on client sites for the majority of the time with travel required only within the central Ohio area.

You will be active in the selection of the best of breed development tools for writing JAVA-based Web applications. You will implement Web applications utilizing IBM's AS/400 Web Server technologies. Also you will provide JAVA programming instruction to other consultants. You will be working on projects at clients' sites, with the majority of travel only within the central Ohio area.
