- A: That's what is supposed to happen.When a visitor clicks on your banner ( linked to your ID#
) Our tracking system sends a cookie to the users machine which
tells us that it was your link that sent them. We can then automatically
track your referral, and our system will send you an automated
email confirmation within seconds after they purchase.

- Q: What
if someone clicks on my banner, but doesn't join the club ?
- A: Once the cookie is set on the users machine, it's there indefinitely, or until they remove it manually ( very unlikely ). The system favors the LAST reseller to generate the click through, so if someone doesn't join the club immediately, yet returns to the site to join at any other
time in the future, the LAST reseller to generate the sale, will be credited with the sale.

- Q: I'm a
reseller for other programs, and usually I get my own (self replicating
) web page. Why don't I have my own page ?
- A: There are many types of
resellers programs. Some force the customer to manually enter
in your ID #, or reseller code. Some only credit you if the customers
buys immediately, if they don't... you loose the sale. We have
tried to make The Club's reseller
program the most effective, fair, and reliable. Most everything
in our system works transparently, so the customer does not have
to enter in anything, and the reseller automatically receives
the credit.

- Q: What
if the customers browser has disabled cookies?
- A: All browsers are shipped
with cookies enabled. However, there is a small percentage of
users who surf with cookies disabled. While our main system is
dependent on using cookies to track sales, we also monitor, and
cross reference sales against our server logs. This is an extra
step we take in preserving the quality and reliability of the
system. We want to make sure you get credit for all your hard
work. No tracking system is 100% effective, yet we strive to
maintain one of the most reliable and honest systems possible.

- Q: What
if someone sends in an order by fax or mail ?
- A: Our mail / fax order form
is coded so that anyone who chooses to order by mail or fax will
have your ID # automatically embedded into the order form. Note,
if you go to our fax order form and see an ID # that is
different than your ID, what you are looking at is the ID#
of the reseller who had referred you to the Classified
Club. In other words, when someone (using a different computer
than yours) clicks on your banner or link code, then goes to
look at the fax order form, YOUR ID# would show up on the form.

- Q: How do
I know if my code is working and I am receiving credits ?
- A: Test your links and banners. Once you have them set up on your site, just click on one of them. If you watch carefully, you'll see that you first get directed to

- then you are immediately transported to our home page at
- http://www.classifiedclub.com the whole thing happens in an instant, and is hard to detect unless you watch the URL line in your browser very carefully. You can then log into your resellers aaccount and you should see the click registered in your stats. If you don't see it , see the next question.

- Q: I went
to query my stats and my click didn't show up.
- A: Make sure you've set up
your link properly, review the instructions
again. Make sure your browser is set to "accept cookies"
before you try clicking on one of the banners or links on your
page(s) . Remember, in addition to cookies, we also run a cross
check against our log files to further qualify all sales from
resellers links. You may see additional sales on your month end
commission statement, which do not show up when you query your
stats.

to check my stats and it says " Clicks " and Unique
Clicks", what does this mean ?
- A: A "Click" is when
someone clicks on your banner or link, You could click on your
own banner and it will record each time you do so. A "Unique
Click" is when someone else, a new visitor who has not clicked
on your banner or link before. These clicks are called "Unique
Clicks"

web pages and different domains, can I use banners and links
on different web pages and domains?
- A: Yes, remember we track your sales from hits to our site using your unique URL, not from where your URL resides on the net. You can use your special link from most anywhere, including your signature file, a news group post, a message board, a chat room, guest books, an email link, etc...

I don't have a web page, can I still promote this product
?
- A: Absolutely!, once you sign up for the resellers program you'll receive a special URL with your ID code. This link can be used anywhere you can think of. You can use your special link from most anywhere, including your signature file, a news group post, a message board, a chat room, guest books, email messages, etc... Remember, once you're a member of the Classified Club, you'll also get your own free web page to create whatever content you'de like!
