Background Information

I'm glad you asked.

Let me tell you a little about myself, and how I started this business. First off, I must tell you that running this online business is my only business. I'm not off working somewhere else from 9-5, then rushing home trying to run a part time business with part time effort. I'm here and have been here for six years - full time!

Previously I had been a successful import/export and manufacturing entrepreneur for the last 12 years.

A couple of years ago I sold my old business, sold all our manufacturing equipment, leased out my 10,000 sq. foot warehouse and devoted my new full time career to marketing on the internet. ( Hmmm that sounded way too easy )

It was a major change in my life, and a new path that is now proving to be more profitable and rewarding than all of my previous careers.

When I first started out, all I wanted from the internet was to use the free resources that were so readily available. Who doesn't love the word "free"? I sure did. I did everything I could for free. I tried bulk email, newsgroup postings, newsletters, free for all links, list servers, etc.

Then I came across something I'd never seen before - free classified ads!

Wait a minute... classified ads? Ya mean those little ads you see in the back of all the newspapers ? Who reads them anyway ?

We'll... I tried everything else... why not try an online classified ad. So I did, I placed a few and received a few inquiries. I then placed some more and received even more inquiries. Before I knew it... I was placing dozens of free classified ads - all over the internet - for free!

The inquiries and sales really started rolling in. Wow... this works!

This was not only the inception of a steady stream of leads, but a new business venture!

I decided to build an extensive "members only" web site, which focused on utilizing this little know technique. I thought to myself - why not teach others this successful marketing medium, and make a profit to boot!

To make a long story short, I now spend my time keeping this site up to date, current, and full of practical "know how". My small office staff and I are continually researching, locating, and hyperlinking all the free and low cost classified ad sites we can - so you don't have to.

In June we decided to implement a resellers program. So others who liked what we were doing, could start earning some extra cash too.

All in all it's been a wonderful experience. The ability to make money, enjoy what I'm doing, teach people a thing or two, and best of all - share the wealth!
